At Savourysnax, customer satisfaction is our priority. As our products are freshly prepared and perishable, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or of unsatisfactory quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can arrange a replacement or issue a credit. Proof of issue (photo or video) may be required.

We deliver across Johannesburg and surrounding areas in Gauteng. All catering and frozen orders require a minimum of 24–48 hours notice to ensure freshness and availability. Free delivery is available for bulk or catering orders within our standard routes; additional charges may apply for outlying areas. Orders are delivered in temperature-controlled conditions to maintain product quality.
